Welcome to Pūmanawa traditional healing
Our Romiromi and mirimiri sessions are designed to help you find balance and release what no longer serves you, all within a safe and nurturing space grounded in mātauranga Māori. Each session is tailored to your needs, allowing up to 2 hours per session - this creates time for both korero, body work and integration.
Wananga Tahi- foundational concepts, is for those beginning their rongoā Maori journey, looking for connection, and wanting to create safe and practical practices at home. Workshops and healing treatments are available to all-
